About the Role:
- Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services, ensuring compliance with site standards and operational requirements
- Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely resolution of issues
- Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational integrity within critical environments
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying service gaps and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards
- Support operational and client requirements through planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance
- Promote and drive a strong EHS culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements
About You:
- Experience in EHS, facilities operations, soft services management, or vendor oversight within a commercial, industrial, or critical environment
- Strong understanding of soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and contractor coordination
- Familiar with inspections, audits, quality checks, and corrective action follow-up to maintain service and safety standards
- Able to manage vendors and contractors effectively, with a strong focus on compliance, service quality, and operational discipline
- Strong communication, planning, and reporting skills, with the ability to work closely with site teams, client stakeholders, and service providers
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to EHS compliance, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement
