Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing soft services operations within a critical facility environment, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service quality. The position manages vendors, drives inspections and corrective actions, supports client and operational requirements, and promotes a strong EHS culture across all contractor and soft services activities.

About the Role:

  • Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services, ensuring compliance with site standards and operational requirements
  • Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely resolution of issues
  • Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational integrity within critical environments
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying service gaps and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards
  • Support operational and client requirements through planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance
  • Promote and drive a strong EHS culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements

About You:

  • Experience in EHS, facilities operations, soft services management, or vendor oversight within a commercial, industrial, or critical environment
  • Strong understanding of soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and contractor coordination
  • Familiar with inspections, audits, quality checks, and corrective action follow-up to maintain service and safety standards
  • Able to manage vendors and contractors effectively, with a strong focus on compliance, service quality, and operational discipline
  • Strong communication, planning, and reporting skills, with the ability to work closely with site teams, client stakeholders, and service providers
  • Strong safety mindset and commitment to EHS compliance, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement
