Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day operational accounting, financial administration, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) activities for a leading multinational account. This role focuses on end-to-end P2P execution, SAP administration, cost allocation analysis, and financial problem-solving to ensure reporting integrity, audit readiness, and seamless business continuity across assigned client operations.

About the role:

End-to-End P2P Operations & Dispute Resolution

  • Manage daily Facilities Management (FM) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including purchase requisition (PR) support, purchase order (PO) follow-up, service entry sheet/goods receipt (SES/GR) coordination, and invoice tracking.

  • Resolve invoice, Workcycle, PO, and financial posting issues by coordinating with Accounts Payable (AP), vendors, FM requestors, Controllers, and Procurement teams.

  • Coordinate vendor master data creation and maintenance, working closely with requestors, approvers, Procurement, and Master Data teams.

2. Cost Allocation, Ledgers & Intercompany Billing

  • Coordinate monthly FM cost allocation and recharge activities, including meal, coffee bar, shuttle bus, and facilities service charge allocations.

  • Prepare accrual and journal voucher (JV) requests, ensuring complete G/L, cost centre, approval, and supporting documentation requirements.

  • Support New-To-Business Transfer (NTBT) and intercompany billing activities, including billing validation, payment tracking, and allocation reviews.

3. SAP Reporting, Data Validation & Support

  • Supporting the preparation and extraction of SAP cost reports and allocation data for reporting requirements.

  • Validate SAP data against supporting files and source information to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.

  • Standardize trackers, working files, and version control practices to enhance audit readiness, traceability, and operational efficiency.

4. Documentation, Knowledge Management & Business Continuity

  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), SharePoint guides, training materials, and workflow documentation for P2P, cost allocation, asset requests, and REFM service completion processes.

  • Support transition and business continuity activities through process documentation, finance data validation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness planning.

About you:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years and above of professional experience in Shared Services, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), Operations Administration, or similar operational support roles.

  • Technical Skills: Proven experience using SAP or other enterprise ERP systems for purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor administration, or financial coordination. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking data and variance analysis.

  • Core Competencies: Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple regional activities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Languages: Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English to support multi-site and multinational environments.
