Job Description Summary

The Data & Reporting Analyst will work across all account service lines (Property Management, Facilities Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Shared Services, PSC, Risk & Compliance,Sustainability). The role will be the first point of contact for all data, reporting, business systems requests. The role will maintain and develop client reporting portal (Triana/Power BI) and all reporting templates (Excel) and automation (Power Automate/Alteryx) used across the account. Under the guidance of the Performance and Reporting Manager, and in conjunction with the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) and Operational Excellence team, the Data & Reporting Analyst provides ongoing support to the client Account Team and the client by resolving BAU technology issues and assisting in the roll out of Cushman & Wakefield technology initiatives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Performance & Reporting Coordinator to join our team supporting an Australian Federal Government client.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of data, technology and business performance. You'll be the go-to expert for reporting, business intelligence and process automation, partnering with teams across Facilities Management, Property Management, Finance, Vendor Management, Sustainability and Shared Services.

Reporting to the Performance & Reporting Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing reporting platforms, developing new dashboards and automation solutions and providing meaningful insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

  • Support and manage reporting portals including Triana and Power BI

  • Design and improve automation workflows using Power Automate and other technologies

  • Provide ad hoc reporting and data analysis to support business requirements

  • Monitor data quality, identify issues and drive corrective actions

  • Investigate reporting and system issues and identify root causes

  • Create data integrity reports and performance monitoring tools

  • Develop reporting templates and business improvement tools

  • Support the rollout of technology initiatives across the account

  • Document reporting processes, user requirements and change requests

  • Partner with operational teams to improve reporting capability and data management

  • Deliver meaningful insights that support business performance and decision-making

About You

  • Must have Australian Citizenship and be eligible for Baseline Security Clearance

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or technology support

  • Strong Power BI development experience (essential)

  • Experience using Power Automate (essential)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets

  • Advanced Excel skills including reporting and automation capability

  • Experience improving data quality and governance processes

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SQL and database structures

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams

  • Experience within Property, Facilities Management or related industries highly regarded

  • Experience with Power Apps, Alteryx or ERP systems such as JDE desirable
