Job Description
Senior Facilities Executive shall assist Facilities Manager in the management of facilities management services for Site assigned to him/her. He/she shall supervise MOE contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard. Senior Facilities Executive shall hold a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent with minimum of three years’ relevant experience in facilities operations management. He/she must have valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification to perform FSM duties.
