Job Description Summary
Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project activities to ensure successful delivery of base build construction projects within schedule, budget, and quality requirements while exceeding client expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

About the Role:
Lead end-to-end execution of MEP works including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and related systems for large-scale base build projects.
Manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination to ensure timely delivery in accordance with GFC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.
Drive stakeholder management across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain governance and control of project documentation, reporting, compliance, audits, and records management throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure zero escalations while delivering an exceptional client experience.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
12-18 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably with IPC/PMC organizations.
Proven experience managing base build projects involving Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, documentation control, stakeholder management, and project communications.
Demonstrated ability to manage risk, compliance, quality, and project delivery within challenging timelines.
