The role involves site supervision, contractor management, and coordination with consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

About the Role:

  • Execute and supervise day-to-day civil construction activities for building projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, MEP teams, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of site issues.

  • Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.

  • Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits to ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare project reports, measurement records, progress updates, and support project planning, billing verification, and handover activities.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in execution of building construction projects, preferably hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitals, high-rise residential developments, commercial malls, universities, or college campuses.

  • Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, structural drawings, construction methodologies, quality assurance, and site safety practices.

  • Experience in contractor management, project coordination, quantity verification, and construction scheduling.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, project reporting tools, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
