About the Role:

  • Serve as the central coordination point for all quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring alignment between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management Plan, including quality objectives, inspection and test plans (ITPs), audit programs, quality procedures, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent project delivery standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular Quality Review Meetings to monitor quality performance, review audit findings and non-conformances, track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.

General Responsibilities

  • Evaluate project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor quality performance through inspections, audits, testing activities, and quality KPIs to identify non-conformances, assess risks, and drive timely corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into all project activities and consistently achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct periodic site visits and quality surveillance to verify workmanship standards, validate inspection records, identify quality gaps, and ensure adherence to approved processes and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including audit reports, inspection records, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective action logs, quality dashboards, and project close-out dossiers to support compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline. Certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor) will be an added advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management and assurance for large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects within a PMC, developer, contractor, or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection and testing processes, construction quality standards, applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools, audit and inspection processes, document control systems, and MIS/reporting platforms, with the ability to analyze quality performance metrics and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across project teams.
