Key Responsibilities
Define and implement operational procedures and ensure appropriate training of teams and service providers.
Define operational goals and KPIs, monitor performance and prepare management reports.
Coordinate and oversee third-party service providers, including Security, Maintenance, Cleaning and Landscaping.
Plan and programme operational activities and preventive maintenance programmes.
Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, health & safety requirements, fire safety regulations and relevant management systems.
Develop and execute inspection programmes, audits, tests, monitoring activities and emergency drills.
Participate in the preparation, monitoring and control of operational budgets.
Manage procurement processes, analyse proposals and monitor contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with tenant lease obligations and support tenants in resolving operational issues.
Coordinate tenant fit-outs, store refurbishments and building works.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives, sustainability measures and energy-efficiency programmes.
Support Marketing initiatives and events from an operational perspective.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, suppliers, authorities and client representatives.

Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations, facilities management, technical property management or similar environments.
Experience in retail, shopping centres or high-footfall assets will be valued.
Good understanding of building systems and operational compliance requirements.
Strong MS Office skills.
Previous experience in sustainability and ESG-related initiatives will be considered an advantage.
