We're looking for an experienced maintenance leader to oversee a team in a highly automated distribution environment. If you have experience leading maintenance teams and working with conveyors, robotics, automated material-handling equipment, or similar systems, this is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What you'll do
Lead daily maintenance operations and technician teams
Prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor KPIs and equipment reliability
Identify opportunities to improve uptime and maintenance processes
Coach, develop, and hold technicians accountable
Partner with operations and client leadership
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
What we're looking for
3+ years of maintenance leadership experience
Experience leading teams and managing KPIs
Strong knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance
Experience with conveyors, robotics, automation, or material-handling systems preferred
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

The compensation for the position is: $ 90,950.00 - $107,000.00
