meeting client and business objectives.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for service reviews,
escalations, and contractual performance.
• Provide leadership to site teams, driving operational excellence, workforce development, resource planning, and
accountability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and corporate requirements, including governance, risk
management, and audit readiness.
• Drive financial performance and continuous improvement, including budgeting, vendor management, KPI
achievement, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.
