Job Description Summary
Join a dynamic HR team supporting employees and managers across the US and Canada. As a People Services Advisor, you will serve as a trusted HR point of contact, delivering Tier 1 and Tier 2 support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You'll manage employee inquiries via phone, chat, and email, provide guidance on HR policies and processes, coordinate onboarding activities, oversee background screening, and collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and Talent Acquisition teams. We're looking for a customer-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving and communication skills, and takes ownership of delivering an exceptional employee experience. Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

About the Role:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers across the US and Canada, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Respond to HR inquiries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations.
- Manage and coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires from offer acceptance through start date.
- Oversee background screening processes and maintain ownership of employee requests, issues, and escalations through resolution.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Centers of Excellence, and key stakeholders to support HR operations, policies, and employee programs.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in HR, Shared Services, Employee Relations, or a related customer-facing HR support role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
- Experience handling confidential employee information and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR systems; experience with Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and support night shift operations.
