Job Description
- Review MEP design basis reports and ensure statutory approvals.
- Coordinate clash-free designs across disciplines and vendors.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Manage shop drawings, approvals, and handover documentation.
- Support planning and billing teams, track long-lead items, and ensure change management compliance.
- Guide contractors and consultants during execution and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with approval conditions and project timelines.
- Conduct training sessions for handover teams and manage closing reports.
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and observation ability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities (English proficiency required).
