Job Description Summary

Support Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team by performing financial analysis, valuation modeling, Argus underwriting, lease abstraction, and due diligence for commercial real estate financing transactions. Partner with Capital Markets brokers to deliver actionable insights and support debt and equity placement across diverse property types.

About the Role:

• Learn and support commercial real estate valuation, lease abstraction, and Argus modeling through structured training.

• Assist in preparing financial models and analyzing property and lease-related documents.

• Support data validation, quality checks, and documentation for valuation assignments.

• Conduct basic market research and assist in property analysis.

• Collaborate with team members and adhere to quality, accuracy, and turnaround time standards.

• Focus on core operational responsibilities while continuously expanding knowledge across commercial real estate processes and tools. Requirements

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn commercial real estate valuation, lease abstraction, and Argus modeling, with a growth mindset.
