Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. The Project Coordinator - Planning will work closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain project schedules, track progress, identify risks, and provide timely project reporting to support successful project execution.

About the Role:
Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating integrated project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
Support the establishment of project baselines, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and resource plans.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays, risks, and schedule deviations.
Collect, validate, and consolidate project progress data from contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Support critical path analysis and schedule reviews to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, dashboards, status trackers, and presentations.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely communication of project updates.
Maintain planning documentation, project records, action trackers, and schedule change logs.
Support project controls activities, including risk tracking, change management, and performance monitoring.
Assist in developing mitigation plans and recovery schedules for projects experiencing delays.
Monitor project milestones and ensure follow-up on key deliverables and action items.
Ensure adherence to project planning standards, reporting requirements, and organizational project management processes.
About You:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 3 - 7 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, project coordination, or project controls.
Experience supporting commercial real estate, workplace, industrial, retail, healthcare, data center, infrastructure, or fit-out projects is preferred.
Sound understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling techniques, project controls, and risk management principles.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and project reporting tools.
Experience in project progress tracking, schedule updates, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
Knowledge of project planning best practices, schedule monitoring, and performance reporting.
Primavera P6 Certification, PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, or equivalent project management certifications will be an added advantage.
