Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects across the North India region. The Project Manager will oversee project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects, including planning, scheduling, procurement, construction, and project close-out.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery within approved parameters.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless project execution.

  • Review engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and construction methodologies to ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Monitor site progress, quality standards, safety practices, and statutory compliance while driving corrective actions where necessary.

  • Prepare and present project status reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree, Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

  • 14-18 years of experience in civil construction project management, including commercial, industrial, infrastructure, residential, or mixed-use developments.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, construction methodologies, contract management, budgeting, vendor management, and project controls.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects and leading multidisciplinary project teams.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting systems.

  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
