This role supports a major global banking client and is responsible for delivering sustainability reporting, climate disclosure, environmental performance management, and sustainability data governance across APAC operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of analysts, ensuring outputs are consistent with client requirements and supporting professional development.
  • Assist in establishing and scaling sustainability reporting hub capabilities within the Philippines.
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to transform reporting processes from manual activities to automated reporting and analytical solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to identify opportunities for energy, carbon, water, waste, and resource efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental and sustainability performance reporting.
  • Support clients in the preparation, review, and submission of mandatory climate-related disclosures and sustainability reports to regulators, competent authorities, stock exchanges, and government agencies as required.
  • Manage reporting requirements aligned with ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP, GHG Protocol and other applicable climate reporting frameworks.
  • Input, validate, and govern sustainability data within client and C&W reporting platforms.
  • Utilize Atrius Building Insight, IBM Envizi, Deepki, Scaler, ESGPedia and similar reporting platforms to generate insights and reporting outputs.
  • Demonstrate ability to interrogate sustainability data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Work independently to deliver sustainability services consistent with contract objectives, guiding principles, and client requirements.
  • Own and maintain reporting functions within the account.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring KPIs and sustainability delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Contribute to delivery of the annual Sustainability Action Plan aligned with the client sustainability strategy and Net Zero ambitions.
  • Deliver the sustainability program across APAC and work collaboratively with Facility Management and client stakeholders.
  • Provide a leadership focal point within the Sustainability Team.
  • Work closely with global, regional and site teams to identify and deliver sustainability opportunities and best practices.
  • Support training, awareness and capability-building initiatives across account service teams.
  • Support carbon accounting, Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 reporting, renewable energy tracking, and climate risk disclosure programs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of sustainability reporting, ESG reporting, climate disclosure, energy management, or environmental reporting experience.
  • Any certification in energy management is preferable
  • Experience supporting major banking, financial services, corporate real estate, or multinational clients.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting mandatory climate reporting submissions and regulatory disclosures.
  • Hands-on experience with Atrius Building Insight/IBM Envizi/Deepki/Scaler/ESGPedia or equivalent sustainability reporting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GHG Protocol, ISSB, IFRS S1/S2, TCFD, GRI, CDP and Net Zero frameworks.
  • Experience in sustainability data governance, assurance, audit support and data quality management.
  • Advanced analytics and visualization skills using Excel, Power BI, Tableau and related tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
