Job Purpose
The Senior Facilities Executive is responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day management of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations, ensuring that all hard and soft services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements, and client expectations. The role includes supervising site operations, managing contractors, coordinating maintenance activities, responding to client requests, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Support the Facilities Manager in the daily operation and maintenance of assigned facilities.
- Lead daily site operations to ensure contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and building services.
- Deputize for the Facilities Manager during his/her absence when required.
