Job Description Summary

As a Data Administrator supporting our Italian business, your main responsibility will be to perform data entry/data review activities of unstructured property data. You will ensure that the data is accurate, complete, and up to date. By doing this, you will allow the research and business teams to transform data into insightful, actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions and fosters innovation across our operations. Positioned within the broader EMEA Business Development framework, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a diverse group of professionals, Research analyst and marketing experts, to streamline data processes and support analytics offerings.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update unstructured property data in the built-in house system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Review/audit data quality against defined standards
  • Liaise with business teams to instruct and follow up on required amendments
  • Act as first point of contact for built-in house system usage questions and process clarification
  • Assist with ad-hoc data and analysis requests from the business.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and the EMEA Analytics Team to deliver market, client, and operational data requirements.
  • Work closely with our Research teams to enable and support their reporting requirements & data needs.
  • Work on key data focused projects at country and EMEA level to help deliver our data focused company objectives.
  • Support the cleansing and enhancing of datasets to improve overall quality.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, working independently and as part of a team to deliver on assigned KPIs and business goals.
  • Working closely with the local Business Intelligence lead and research team

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Fluent in English, desirable Italian
  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel (a live Excel assessment will be conducted during the interview process).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with data management or data entry.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and focused.
  • Reliable, able to meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable explaining processes or correcting others' work in a clear, professional manner
  • Experience training or supporting non-technical users on a system or tool is a plus.
