Job Description Summary
We are looking for a person who will be responsible for managing commercial properties, combining operational oversight, budget accountability, and collaboration with tenants, clients, and external partners.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- managing properties in line with client expectations and the provisions of the property management agreement
- preparing budgets, monitoring costs, and implementing optimization initiatives
- overseeing the technical operation of properties, external service providers, and service quality
- cooperating with tenants, clients, leasing teams, finance, and internal stakeholders
- reporting and preparing business plans and property-related documentation
- contributing to process improvements and initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- has experience in commercial property management
- is comfortable working with budgets, reporting, and cost control
- can effectively manage tenant and client relationships
- works independently, proactively, and is well organized
- has a business-oriented mindset and a strong focus on service quality
