Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic goals of real estate and site services, which includes overseeing Soft services, employee Transport , technical services, compliances, building management ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The duties also involve managing budgets, supervising staff and vendors, and coordinating projects like renovations and maintenance to ensure that RESS objectives are delivered.

About the Role:

  • Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the facility runs smoothly, especially during peak hours.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage overall staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of all the services to meet company standards.
  • Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels of all consumables and other supplies required for day to day operations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensure the cafeteria is clean and well-maintained.
  • Cost Control: Manage budgets, reduce waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties like record-keeping, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Required skills and experience
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards.
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
