Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for document handling of data centre projects

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the project document control system and document register.
  • Ensure proper numbering, filing, tracking, and distribution of all project documents.
  • Coordinate the submission, review, approval, and circulation of drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.
  • Maintain transmittals, submittal logs, RFI logs, approval registers, and other project trackers.
  • Coordinate with the client, consultants, contractors, and project team for timely document submissions and responses.
  • Monitor document status and follow up on overdue reviews and approvals.
  • Ensure the latest approved revisions are available to all relevant project stakeholders.
  • Support preparation and circulation of meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and action trackers.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain proper project records for audits, handover, and final project closeout.

About You:

  • Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
