Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.
Job Description
Lift parts certification
- To carry out parts certification work with contractor
- To witness contractor’s parts replacement works
- To witness contractor’s repairing and trouble shotting works
- Able to attend site inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with lift systems.
- Replace faulty parts and components as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement.
- Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Any other work that is assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Nitec in Engineering and above
- Prior 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Computer skills is required.
