We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Occupier Advisory Services Operations team, supporting occupier-focused brokerage professionals across all markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for enabling strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, collaboration, and process optimization.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis & Brokerage Support
- Partner with Brokerage Teams and Regional Leads to conduct in-depth financial analysis of pursuits, including fee structures, rebate models, and support costs.
- Perform due diligence to verify revenue projections and financial assumptions.
- Comply with all project tracking and reporting requirements.
- Strategic Collaboration on New Business Pursuits
- Collaborate with the Regional Leads and Operations Director to collect and synthesize critical information about brokerage pursuits.
- Support pursuit strategy by organizing and presenting data to inform executive decision-making.
- Research and present additional pursuit insights from web based and other data resources to help complete client profiles.
- Partner with pursuit teams to develop and present actional insights via dashboards and visualizations.
- Data Management & Insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and synthesize data for leadership visibility.
- Collaborate with Operations colleagues, Sales Leads, and Platform Leadership to prepare executive reporting and presentations.
- Support operations team maintain and report on additional CRM and sales data and reporting.
- Process Optimization & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial analysis workflows and improve reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for occupier advisory engagements, with a focus on financial rigor and scalability.
- Responsibly leverage company sanctioned AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness for data processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a data analyst, financial analyst, or data-focused role—preferably in commercial real estate or professional services.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of forecasting and financial performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and occupier services.
- Experience supporting sales or brokerage teams in a matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
- Exceptional critical thinking and research skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 63,750.00 - $75,000.00
