Job Description Summary

Experience in all Knowledge area of Construction Management Well versed with MS Office, MS Project and ERP/SAP Ready to travel and stay based on project requirements. Must Handle 2 sites reports generation and Doc control.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Planning, monitoring, controlling & scheduling the project execution w.r.t. Time limit, Quality & safety.
  • Sound knowledge in reading the drawings and coordinating with the design team.
  • Implementation of ITPs.
  • Knowledge of HSE (Work Permit, Safety Checklist etc.)
  • Knowledge of Quality practices of Civil & MEP Services works.
  • Knowledge of Civil and Interior finishes.
  • Ensuring proper process being followed by contractor during execution
  • Ability to prepare Work Method statement and Risk analysis for Construction works
  • Knowledge of latest Technology
  • Releasing Daily Progress Report of the site
  • Site Construction Teams
  • Cluster Head, State Head/ Zonal Planning Team
  • Design coordinators
  • Material coordinator
  • Program Management Team
  • Quality/Safety Team
  • Quantity surveyor
