Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business and reward-related decision-making.
Contribute to regional and global reward projects, process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to enhance reward programmes and the overall employee experience.

Experience partnering with business leaders, HR teams and other stakeholders to provide reward advice, guidance and insight.
Experience supporting reward activities across the UK, with knowledge of Ireland considered advantageous.

Experience contributing to reward projects, change initiatives and process improvements.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance business needs, governance requirements and employee outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence decisions and establish effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
