Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of commercial developments from developers, landlords, and investors across Bangalore.
- Screen and update market data regularly, ensuring the database remains accurate as leasing activity progresses.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and update the supply database throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct market and online research to gather data on inventory, including layouts, images, plug-and-play availability, and other relevant details to support brokerage and sales efforts.
- Track social media updates and conduct market visits when required to collect information on developments, brochures, timelines, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with brokers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate market intelligence regarding current and upcoming commercial supply.
- Prepare regular supply and availability reports for the Research and Tenant Representation teams.
- Align supply forecasts with development schedules and market updates.
- Develop a strong understanding of commercial proposals, developer expectations, leasing timelines, and market trends.
- Prepare detailed availability decks and ensure timely delivery to support client servicing and business requirements.
- Support analytical and response management teams in Occupier RFPs and pitch submissions.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage timelines effectively.
- Familiarity with Bangalore city and commercial real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online research tools will be an added advantage.
