Job Description

The Sales Lead will drive business development and revenue growth for Facility Management (FM) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) services across occupier and investor clients. The role focuses on strategic account acquisition, client relationship management and solution-based selling aligned with integrated real estate services.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FM and R&M services across occupiers (corporates, MNCs) and investors (developers, funds).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, and lead generation.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

Client Engagement

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads).
  • Understand client needs and position customized FM/R&M solutions.
  • Drive client presentations, pitches, and solution walkthroughs.

Solutioning & Proposal Management

  • Collaborate with operations, technical and pricing teams to design competitive proposals.
  • Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, commercials, and contract documentation.
  • Ensure alignment with client expectations and company service capabilities.

Market Intelligence

  • Track industry trends in facility management, integrated services and workplace solutions.
  • Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, procurement, finance and legal teams for seamless onboarding of new accounts.
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations post-deal closure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Revenue generation (FM & R&M services)
  • New client acquisition and conversion rate
  • Pipeline value and win ratio
  • Proposal turnaround time and success rate

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of FM operations, technical services and maintenance models
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Financial acumen (pricing, P&L understanding)
