About The Role:
- Supervise site operations to ensure contractual service delivery standards are met.
- Support the Facilities Manager in site supervision, planning, and execution of works and services.
- Manage site measurements, records, and uploading of field data into FM systems.
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and specialists for maintenance and repair works.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle correspondence with clients and service providers professionally.
- Manage client-appointed nominated subcontractors
About You:
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, site supervision, or building maintenance.
- Proven ability to supervise site operations and ensure compliance with contractual service standards.
- Experience supporting facilities management functions, including planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance works.
