The SkillsFuture Career Transition Programme for Sustainability Specialists in Retail is designed to prepare participants to lead and support sustainability initiatives across the retail value chain. This programme builds core capabilities in sustainable operations, responsible sourcing, and environmental impact management, equipping participants to align retail strategies with evolving sustainability standards and consumer expectations.
