🎒 About the role As part of our Retail Advisory team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector, working closely with experienced professionals and supporting a wide range of client-facing activities.

🔍 Your key responsibilities will include:
• Proactively reaching out to potential clients to help identify new business opportunities
• Building a solid understanding of the main high streets in major Italian cities and their rental values
• Supporting tenants in their search for new retail locations, entry into new markets, or expansion of their store networks
• Assisting institutional and private landlords with the leasing or sale of their assets, in collaboration with our Capital Markets team
• Supporting the implementation of the company’s commercial and marketing strategy
• Preparing client presentations, reports, and other supporting materials
• Assisting senior team members throughout all phases of negotiations and transactions, up to deal closure
• Helping to update and maintain internal databases with market and client data
• Supporting client relationship and retention initiatives, as needed
👤 Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has already gained some experience in real estate brokerage, demonstrates a good command of English, and stands out for an outstanding commercial attitude, strong teamworking skills, and a genuine interest in building a career in the commercial real estate sector.
