Job Description Summary

This role is aligned to a senior-level Business Data Analyst and Systems Governance professional with extensive experience in CMMS governance, workflow standardization, operational analytics, compliance oversight, and enterprise reporting. The position supports a large, multi-site real estate portfolio with a strong focus on CMMS administration, data integrity, Power Platform solutions, and KPI-driven operational performance. This role serves as the single accountable owner for CMMS data governance, system standards, and control frameworks. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant assets, work order, and maintenance data across office, retail, and critical facilities environments. The position functions as a centralized governance, enablement, and control role, partnering closely with operations, engineering, technology, and compliance stakeholders.

Job Description

Position Overview

  • Lead enterprise CMMS governance and administration across office, retail, and critical facility environments.
  • Serve as the primary owner of CMMS standards, workflows, data quality controls, and governance processes.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure scalable and standardized system usage.
  • Drive operational consistency and reporting reliability through structured governance and data validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CMMS governance frameworks, SOPs, and workflow standards.
  • Lead data integrity initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and reduce downstream correction efforts.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions supporting KPI tracking and operational decision-making.
  • Support asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategy updates, and work order governance.
  • Develop training materials and lead user enablement programs to improve CMMS adoption and compliance.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and system enhancements.
  • Provide audit readiness support through documentation management, compliance reporting, and governance controls.
  • Act as escalation point for CMMS issues, governance exceptions, and cross-functional workflow concerns.

Education/Experience/Training:

  • High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Preferred Experience Alignment

  • Extensive experience with CMMS administration, governance, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong background in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, DAX, and Power Query.
  • Experience supporting multi-site operational and engineering environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize workflows and improve operational transparency through reporting and analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience supporting KPI performance, audit controls, and compliance requirements.

Physical Demands/Environmental Work Conditions

  • Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 117,300.00 - $138,000.00
