Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced and operationally focused Senior Facilities Manager to lead facilities management services across a complex, high-profile portfolio.

Responsibilities
Lead planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and facilities operations across multiple precincts.
Manage facilities contractors and service providers to ensure performance, safety and compliance standards are met.
Oversee maintenance workflows, work orders and operational coordination with onsite Helpdesk teams.
Support events and precinct operations, ensuring facilities readiness and post-event rectification.
Monitor asset condition, operational risks and maintenance priorities.
Prepare facilities reporting and contribute to governance, compliance and operational improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with Property Management, HSE, Projects, Finance and Event Operations teams.
About You
7–10+ years’ experience in facilities management or building operations.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-site or public-facing environments.
Strong knowledge of maintenance management, contractor oversight and statutory compliance.
Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills.
Strong operational leadership capability and problem-solving skills.
Trade background or tertiary qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services or related discipline preferred.
