Job Description Summary

The role of the Spatial Data Manager (SDM) will be responsible for day-to-day functionality of the client’s Space Management tool including data integrity of CAD floor plans, occupant data and reporting (regular or ad hoc) for a client portfolio or set of buildings.

About the Role:

  • Provides expertise in spatial data management, CAD/CAFM systems, and space utilization analytics
  • Ensures data governance, compliance, and consistency through established standards, KPIs, and quality controls.
  • Leads global space data systems as SME/SPOC, including system administration, integration, and user training.
  • Drives process improvements and innovation to enhance data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders and coaches teams to ensure effective space planning, standardized processes, and consistent service delivery.

About the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Architecture, Space Planning, Data Analytics, or related field, with 4–8 years in corporate real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural/engineering drawings, design concepts, and space planning.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of handling multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Works effectively both independently and in teams, with strong ownership, customer service mindset, and relationship-building abilities.
