Property Administrator
Job Description Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to support the commercial property management function across the Placemaking NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Property Manager, this role will provide administrative and operational support across lease administration, tenant coordination, financial processes and reporting activities. Working closely with Property Management, Finance, Facilities Management and other service streams, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day delivery of property management services across assigned assets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the commercial property management team
Assist with tenant enquiries, communications and coordination activities
Maintain lease records, property data and critical date tracking
Support rent invoicing, arrears processes and financial reporting
Coordinate information between tenants, Property Managers and internal teams
Support audits, inspections and compliance activities through accurate record keeping
Maintain documentation in line with governance and operational requirements
About You
Experience in property administration, property management support or a similar role
Exposure to commercial property portfolios desirable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Confidence using property management systems and reporting tools
Relevant qualification in Property, Business or a related discipline preferred
