We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Head of Portfolio Administration - PSC to join our market-leading Global Occupier Services business based in Budapest, Hungary.

You will be accountable for the end‑to‑end operational management and performance of all Portfolio Lease Administration services delivered from the Budapest Operations Hub. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality service delivery aligned to client contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs), while fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement.

This position is recognised as a key leadership role across the wider Operations Hub, partnering closely with Client Finance, Technology, Talent, and Client Delivery stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and client‑centric lease administration operations.

This role will include the following responsibilities:

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery

  • Own and lead all Portfolio Lease Administration operations within the Budapest Operations Hub, ensuring performance against contractual SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Drive a client‑first service culture, ensuring seamless delivery to both internal and external clients in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
  • Provide dotted‑line oversight of the Client Finance function to ensure alignment, strong controls, and effective cross‑functional delivery.
  • Monitor operational risk, compliance, and controls to ensure regulatory, contractual, and internal policy adherence.

People Leadership & Capability Management

  • Lead, develop, and engage a high‑performing PLA Operations Hub team aligned to client requirements and company policies.
  • Provide management oversight of wider PLA team within Budapest, including Client Relationship Management function
  • Oversee recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring the language capabilities, technical expertise, and capacity are in place to meet current and future client commitments.
  • Create a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Drive productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness through standardisation, automation, and best‑practice workflows.
  • Provide on-going coaching, mentoring and other development opportunities for PLA Operations Hub team members; conduct performance reviews with direct reports

Client & Business Growth Support

  • Support PLA Divisional Leads in business development activities, where required
  • Represent the Operations Hub in client pitches, bids and solution design activities, where required, providing operational insight and delivery expertise.
  • Support the successful onboarding and integration of new client contracts, ensuring smooth transition into steady‑state operations.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Client Delivery and IPM leaders and global stakeholders to ensure consistent expectations and outcomes.

Transformation & Collaboration

  • Act as an active and collaborative member of the Operations Hub leadership team, contributing to hub‑wide initiatives, transformation programmes, and continuous improvement projects.
  • Champion innovation, process optimisation, and technology adoption to enhance service quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Share best practices and standardised approaches across global Operations Hubs to drive consistency and excellence.
