Job Description Summary

At Cushman & Wakefield, the Entry-Level HR Advisor delivers Tier 1 Shared Services support for the US and Canada, providing accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR assistance. The role handles employee inquiries across the full lifecycle, with a focus on Talent Administration (interview scheduling, candidate and requisition management), while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Provide Tier 1 HR Shared Services support for US and Canada employees in a night shift environment, ensuring accurate and timely handling of inquiries.

  • Manage administrative and clerical HR tasks, including triaging cases and resolving employee concerns across the full employee lifecycle.

  • Support Talent Administration processes such as interview scheduling, candidate management, and requisition coordination.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat while meeting SLAs and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders, manage tickets effectively, and professionally de-escalate employee issues.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of HR, shared services, or related experience handling confidential employee data.

  • Willingness to work in a night shift and shifting schedule supporting global regions.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to de-escalate concerns.

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and ability to manage high-volume workloads in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong ownership, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
