Position Title – Executive

Service Line: Land and Industrial

Location – Mumbai

Experience – 1 to 3 years of related experience

Role: Full time

Qualification – Graduate or any similar combination of education and

experience.

Previous Experience:

• Experience in market data collection (preferably in the Real Estate domain)

• Experience in data input, drawing and collating market information.

• Ideally should have worked in & have real estate understanding for Delhi NCR

Role:

• Exposure in data collation, periodic updation and data management across both conventional and nonconventional

real estate segments (Residential, commercial, retail, Industrial & warehousing,

hospitality, health care and education)

✓ Track the market in terms of new project launches, disposition model, inventory, primary

absorption, pricing, sizing across residential asset classes in Delhi NCR

✓ Track commercial projects in terms of development parameters, tenants, floor wise stacking,

ongoing rentals, capital values, occupier movement, CAM charges, latest transactions.

• Tracking land deals, transaction details, auction details

• Self-driven individual with execution & internal team query handling responsibilities

Skills:

o Operations:

• Execution skills- Market surveys, data base management and preparation of maps, sections of active

reports.

• Should have basic knowledge on usage of MS office and power point – understanding of Power BI will

be valued higher.

• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors for the region

• Undertake basic analysis in Excel – conventional real estate segments and assist manager in creating

market snippets.

o Communication:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.) and

Internet navigational skills.

o Others:

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage stakeholders across various

verticals.

• Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable data inputs to internal stakeholders.
