Job Description Summary

Leads and manages all aspects of Commercial Real Estate transaction services for international client(s). Oversees internal and external workflows to ensure consistent service quality and deliverables, and executes complex transactions as needed.

Job Description

Portfolio & Client Support

  • Support the execution of portfolio strategies aligned with the client’s real estate goals and objectives.
  • Partner with C&W and third-party brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms across a range of transactions, including leases, sales, subleases, and acquisitions.
  • Manage the distribution and tracking of critical documentation and client communications.
  • Review and interpret financial analyses to support transaction decisions.
  • Oversee transaction revenue tracking and maintain accurate records of all activity.
  • Maintain and update transaction management databases.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transaction reports.
  • Present transaction updates and portfolio activity to clients.
  • Lead and facilitate client meetings as needed.
  • Recommend process and technology enhancements to improve transaction efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to transactional and support team members, as appropriate.

Process Management

  • Assist in developing and refining standardized forms, procedures, and documentation.
  • Implement consistent processes and playbooks to drive efficiency and add value.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of transactional performance metrics.
  • Ensure execution of all client and broker engagement documentation.

Transaction Management

  • Coordinate broker selection and engagement processes.
  • Help assess client requirements and communicate project parameters to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate negotiations and oversee transaction execution from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate legal review of lease and ownership documentation.
  • Review and redline PSA contracts, LOI and RFP documents.
  • Validate financial data and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Address and resolve landlord-tenant issues as they arise.
  • Organize client site visits and market tours.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable state real estate regulations.
  • Assist in managing client rebate accounts.
  • Review Environmental Phase I and II surveys

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the development of strategic real estate plans.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize occupancy costs.
  • Support implementation of approved strategies.
  • Develop and/or contribute to business case analyses.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans and drive execution.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred

• Must hold active real estate license or be willing to obtain one within one month.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Must have 3+ years of commercial real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 66,130.00 - $77,800.00
