This position is responsible for managing and leading the structural engineering and analysis of the construction of hotel project.

About the Role:
- Lead and manage structural engineering activities across project lifecycle, from design review to execution.
- Review and validate structural drawings, calculations, and specifications to ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of structural designs.
- Supervise on-site structural works including RCC, steel structures, and precast elements to ensure quality and adherence to design.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Identify design discrepancies, technical challenges, and propose effective solutions.
- Manage structural subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of work packages.
- Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and maintain quality documentation.
- Review material specifications, approve construction materials, and ensure proper testing procedures are followed.
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and ensure best construction practices are adopted.
- Coordinate with planning and project teams to align structural activities with overall project schedule.
- Assist in value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality and safety.
- Monitor resource utilization and productivity for structural works.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical updates, and risk assessments to senior management.
About You:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structures.
- Proven experience in structural engineering and execution within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design principles and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with relevant IS codes, standards, and structural design practices.
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD, SAFE).
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site execution challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
