  • Security Surveillance & Patrols: Conduct routine inspections of buildings, parking lots, and entry points to identify risks. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
  • Access Control: Manage visitor logs and verify employee identification to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety policies, including keeping emergency exits clear and inspecting fire equipment.
  • Incident Response & Reporting: Respond immediately to emergencies, security breaches, or alarms. Investigate suspicious behavior and document all incidents with accurate reports
  • Training & Cooperation: Provide security briefings to staff, and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
  • Responding to alarms and emergencies
  • Following procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, traffic control and accident investigations
  • Enforcing security measures:

Monitoring compliance with security regulations

Conducting safety drills and safety training

Addressing any safety hazards that may arise

Reporting safety and security concerns to the stakeholders.
