Job Description Summary

This position will work wherever needed on HVAC project work and will assist a HVAC technicians on daily work when needed. Also perform PM’s on HVAC related equipment.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on HVAC project work.

• Assist with HVAC maintenance work when needed.

• Be able to work on back shifts and weekends when the project requires it.

• Have basic Mechanical Skills.

• Must have the required C&W Services sight’s tool list.

• Must be able to listen to instruction on assignments and carry them out unsupervised.

• Must be able to obtain a fork truck license & lift license 90 days from the date of hiring. (must have a valid NC driver’s license).

• Must be able to work overtime when required.

• Any other duties as directed by the HVAC Manager.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:

• Must maintain positive customer and employee relationships (communications with all)

• Respond to customer calls.

• Must have knowledge of and be able to demonstrate the use of hand/power tools.

• Accurate and timely administrative duties to include Time off request forms (turned into manager for signature).

• Fill out materials request form as needed.

• Check off materials from packing slip when received orders.

• Enter daily time on work orders and PM’s in Facility 360.

• Daily checks on jobs in progress & completed jobs. (as documented in Facility 360).

• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

• Assist in keeping facilities, tools, and equipment in good order and clean.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $26.15 - $30.76
