    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Align projects with organizational strategy
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead cross-functional teams and assign responsibilities
    • Mentor junior project managers and team members
    • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate with clients, executives, and stakeholders
    • Manage expectations and provide regular updates
    • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Oversee day-to-day project operations
    • Track progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Risk & Issue Management
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
    • Handle project issues and escalate when necessary
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage project budgets and control costs
    • Allocate resources effectively across tasks and teams

About You:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Risk management and negotiation skills
