Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible to drive the delivery of contract administration and invoice management for our Finance Service Centre team to ensure efficient management of the Accounts Payable process and efficient resolution of issues. Additionally, this role is responsible for Expense administration, including the expense platform & file integration.
Job Description
Accounts Payable Administrator is responsible for the following activities:
- Financial coding of Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Invoices from subcontractors
- Efficient management of Accounts Payable queries
- Expense & Corporate Credit Card Administration & Queries
- Expense & Corporate Credit Card Batch Review & Posting process
- Expense & Corporate Credit Card Reporting
