This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.
About the Role:
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information.
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback.
- Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Maintain good service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks assigned.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
About the Work Week:
- 5 days work week, includes weekend
- Up to 44 hours per week
- 8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance)
About You:
- Preferably O' levels and above
- Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
