Assistant Maintenance Manager (Industrial Automation / Manufacturing)
As an Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM), you will oversee maintenance operations at a single site, ensuring the reliability and performance of engineering assets. This role is critical to fostering a safety-first culture, achieving operational excellence, and supporting team development. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager (MM) or Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM), the AMM plays a key role in maintaining the site's efficiency and contributing to C&W Services' and our client’s shared goals
Key Responsibilities
Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead daily maintenance execution, prioritizing critical repairs to minimize downtime and protect throughput.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as OEE, uptime, PM completion, and failure reduction.
Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, enforcing accountability for safety, quality, and performance.
Conduct equipment inspections and root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures.
Partner with operations to align maintenance with production and delivery targets.
Maintain accurate data in CMMS and support parts, inventory, and cost control.
Qualifications
3+ years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, automation, or distribution environments.
Strong experience with conveyors, robotics, and automated systems.
Background in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Proven ability to drive uptime, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 86,700.00 - $102,000.00
