Job Description Summary

This role is based in Hamilton and reports to our Hamilton branch. You’ll be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and project work across a wide range of systems. From split air conditioning units and cool rooms to water chillers and large central plants, no two days will be the same. You’ll work closely with a skilled team of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, and Building Maintenance professionals to ensure our clients’ facilities are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will make a real difference.

What we’re looking for:

  • HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified.

  • NZ Limited Electrical licence.

  • Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).

  • Full driver's licence.

  • Ability to work autonomously while also being part of a tight knit, supportive and collaborative team – you get the best of both worlds!
