- Work with your manager in meeting sales target
- Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients
- Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation
- To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required
- Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director/ Deputy Director
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
- Cross-sell other teams’ capabilities when the opportunity arises
- Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters
- Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution (where required).
- Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Degree in real estate or equivalent
- Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser
- Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
- Meticulous and numerically competent
