Supports day-to-day administrative operations including documentation, coordination, vendor management, and facility-related tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
About the Role:
- Administrative Support: Handle routine office tasks such as filing, documentation, courier management, and meeting arrangements.
- Facility Coordination: Assist in upkeep of office infrastructure including housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance services.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers for office supplies, repairs, and AMC schedules.
- Travel & Logistics: Support travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and transport coordination for staff and guests.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory norms.
About You:
- Experience in administrative or facility support roles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor handling and basic compliance procedures.
