Job Description Summary This role is based in Auckland and reports to our Auckland branch. In this role, you’ll report directly to the HVAC Supervisor and work closely with the HVAC & Plumbing Manager, giving you access to experienced leadership, technical guidance, and career development opportunities. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years’ experience in breakdowns, fault finding, and planned preventative maintenance, with in-depth expertise in chiller systems. You’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC&R systems across a range of commercial sites, while contributing to a skilled and collaborative building services team

  • Autonomous role with the ability to self-manage your workload.

  • Upskilling leading to multiple pathways, including project management.

What we’re looking for:

  • HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified.

  • NZ Limited Electrical licence.

  • Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).

  • Full driver's licence.

  • Ability to work autonomously while also being part of a tight knit, supportive and collaborative team – you get the best of both worlds!
