We are looking for a motivated Hospitality Intern to support our team on a wide range of hotel‑related mandates and gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Support on Hotel Sale & Advisory Assignments
- Participate in the day‑to‑day execution of hotel sale and advisory mandates in France.
- Assist senior team members with analytical tasks, documentation, and project coordination.
- Contribute to best‑practice report writing and analytical deliverables.
Commercial & Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing commercial documents, including pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Help produce investment reports, marketing materials, and due‑diligence documentation.
Market Research & Financial Analysis
- Participate in market studies and competitive analyses.
- Conduct market research on hotel supply, pipeline, transactions, and performance indicators.
- Support the preparation of financial projections and valuation‑related analyses.
Database & Information Management
- Update and maintain internal databases (transactions, CRM, supply and pipeline).
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used in reports and client deliverables.
Client Representation & Field Work
- Conduct property visits, including taking photos, gathering information, and preparing presentations.
- Represent Cushman & Wakefield and its values when interacting with clients, owners, and partners.
Your Profile
- Student in Hospitality, Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in hotel markets and real estate investment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; good English is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
